Wiki, Wiki, Wiki
I have used this Wiki as a tool in the past. I do find that the information is influenced by the writer's opinion so it is like a newspaper, television etc. you need to know the source. I do not think I would base my opinions on this tool but it has its place. I would encourage others to use it if they wanted different views on a subject. I did like the fact that the information is updated quickly so you can get the latest on the subject. Would I use this on a regular basis, probably not since I do not spend that much time online.

While it’s true that wikis are not always the most reliable source of information, they can be useful for quick facts or as a place to start for general information. In terms of creating one for your organization, they can be a great way to get feedback from the public or to communicate some basic information about your organization. They are a great way to get the community to participate in communicating their needs, likes/ dislikes etc. So long as someone is monitoring what is being posted of course:)
